Now unlikely there will be an agreement with Hamas

It seems that @netanyahu lost legitimacy he had in cabinet for formal & written ceasefire, and will try informal agreement with Hamas.

There are also reports that the security cabinet unanimously rejected retaking Gaza. The cost is said to be too high.
