Obama's Best Friend Forever: 'Israel is worse than Hitler'
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President Hussein Obama's closest friend in the Middle East, told a campaign rally on Saturday that Israel is worse than Hitler (Hat Tip: Joshua I).Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has accused Israel of "barbarism that surpasses Hitler" during its ground invasion of Gaza.
Erdogan made the comment during a campaign speech Saturday in the Black Sea port city of Ordu. He is running for the presidency in elections next month.
He has been speaking out strongly against Israel during its offensive against Hamas militants in Gaza, which has killed more than 300 Palestinians. He accuses Israel of using disproportionate force and has said the operation there has derailed efforts to normalize Turkish-Israeli ties. One of my children came home tonight and said that on the bus home, they played a recording of Erdogan speaking. Although none of my children know Turkish, that child said that Erdogan was screaming and that he sounded like he was crazy.

I don't understand Erdogan's comment at all. Since when does he have any complaints about Hitler?
