Where is it?

Dead Sea Salt Works donated 100 tons of rock salt to the city of Jerusalem, which was delivered on the Sabbath (link in Hebrew). The salt is to be used for clearing snow and ice-covered highways.

So where is it? Surely not in our neighborhood.

I know that we don't use things that resulted from a desecration of the Sabbath, but I think this case would  be allowed once sufficient time has passed since the desecration of the Sabbath in order for the delivery to be made.

It's now Monday. Where's the salt?
