Just how bad are Israeli drivers, round 2

Yes. that's the approach to Jerusalem - probably on Friday. What kind of moron drives in this weather in a country with no salt trucks (until last night) and very little plowing capacity? Well, on one of our strolls to the synagogue last night, we saw someone trying to extract a car from a parking space that was snowed in. Because of this idiot, that street still had not been plowed this morning - the plow went around the block when he saw this jerk blocking the street, and eventually left without plowing it. The moron left Bnei Brak in a rented car at 8:00 on Thursday night - an hour after the second storm started. As of this morning, he was still here....
