Surprise: Schumer to back Hagel
Democratic US Senator Chuck Schumer, whose support is seen as key to help secure the confirmation of the White House's nominee for defense secretary Chuck Hagel, said on Tuesday he is prepared to vote for Hagel.Can a black man change his skin color (Jeremiah 13:23)? What a load of crap.
Schumer said his concerns over Israel and Iran and other issues were addressed after he met with Hagel for about 90 minutes, a meeting where he said Hagel was "forthcoming and sincere."
Here's hoping someone strong will run against Schumer in 2014. If he goes through with this, he deserves to go home.

Carl, I can't imagine that you thought it would go any other way... New Left is New Left first, last, and everything in between. It's no different than former Mayor Ed Koch, Sen. Lieberman, Prof. Dershowitz, the Jewish communal organizations... And I would be really curious to find out the roles that all these people have played in establishing and perpetuating the Green $lu$h pipeline. What are the past and future requirements? Maybe David Horowitz could do an article on it, as he understands it (at least the New Left side of it) perfectly.
BTW, I would imagine Hagel has been willing to revise his terminology from Jewish Lobby to Israel Lobby because he no longer has to get elected from Nebraska. A bunch of (non-Jewish) Nebraskans are in the Israel Lobby, so by using Jewish Lobby, he didn't include or offend them. Now he can go ahead and use both terms.
He hasn't found yet a boot that he wouldn't lick! So, why shouldn't he lick the bottom of King Barry I ??? ;-)
