Former US Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld told Fox News' Greta van Sustern on Thursday that if he were a decision maker in Israel, he wouldn't tell the US before attacking Iran's nuclear capability. He said this before... I think a few weeks ago. I'll look for it tomorrow.
So... looks like he has evolved the position. And, as we see in every direction, stating the obvious is NOT allowed, on any side. This was from June '12.
