I am an Orthodox Jew - some would even call me 'ultra-Orthodox.' Born in Boston, I was a corporate and securities attorney in New York City for seven years before making aliya to Israel in 1991 (I don't look it but I really am that old :-). oy carl, should you be putting up non acapella music during the omer?

I discussed that in a previous post on an overnight video.
The psak I got many years ago was that one could listen to recorded music during the omer in private so long as no one else is present.
I do not post music videos during the three weeks, which has different halachoth.
