Friends of 'Palestinian' sentenced to death for selling Machpeila House to Jews ask the EU for help

Muhamad Abu El Rachman Ayesh Abu Shahal is the 'Palestinian' who sold Hebron's Machpeila House to Jews. His arrest by the 'Palestinian Authority' prompted the building's purchasers to enter the building without coordination with the Israeli authorities. Now, friends of Abu Shahal have written a letter to the European Union seeking help for him. The letter was published in Makor Rishon - a newspaper that is distributed as a pdf - and was posted by Dr. Aaron Lerner here. Here's some of what the letter says.
Muhamad has been arrested for the past 2 months at the Palestinian security headquarters in Ramalllah, and suffers of heart disease and diabetes and needs medicine.

He has been brutally tortured both physically and mentally during the investigation as is well noticed on his body. Muhammad has also had no legal treatment even after “confessing” to have sold a house to Jews for a living.

The absurd is that as much as we know, without a legal trial it has been decided to execute him for his “felony”. He must be granted an urgent visit to see his health condition and get him the necessary medical treatment.

The PLO denies the fact that he was sentenced to death, but does not allow us to visit him or connect with him in any way. He also is not allowed to receive legal support.

We ask for your immediate assistance in order to save Muhamad’s life.

Sincerely,

His close friends in Ramallah
I doubt that the Europeans will help. But I can think of a lot of US Republicans who might.

In any event, how can there be peace with the 'Palestinians' if they still sentence people to death for selling land to Jews?

Not sure who this is, but from twitter:

"I will put My Spirit in you, and you shall live; I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know that I, the LORD, have spoken it."

And so, if we can get a citiation, would this be an advocacy in modern times for title searches and private property land ownership? For Torah Economics rather than marcuse/alinsky New Left Marxism of the Israeli Collectivist Thought? And the response of the PA would seem to endorse the concept of title and private property land ownership...
