In high school and college, I spent several New Year's Eve's watching New Year's Eve with Guy Lombardo in friends' parents' basement. Lombardo's last New Year's Eve was 1976-77.This Tribute To Guy Lombardo Aired Shortly After The Countdown On New Year's Eve. 1977-1978. Guy Lombardo Had Died On November 5th, 1977 And His Brother, Victor, Was Leading The Orchestra At The Waldorf Astoria In New York City. Lee Jordan Narrates This Tribute.
