The phone call every terror victim's family dreads

There is probably only one phone call that kicks you in the gut nearly as hard as the one that tells you that - God forbid - one of your loved one has been murdered in a terror attack. And that's this phone call.
We received a phone call a few minutes ago from the director of the Department of Pardons at Israel's Ministry of Justice notifying us of the official decision to release two prisoners convicted of carrying out the Sbarro restaurant massacre. The woman, Tamimi, will be exiled to Jordan. Her accomplice, Muhammad Douglas, will be exiled to "chutz l'aretz" (Hebrew: means somewhere outside Israel's borders). What the unspecified location means, we don't know but it hardly matters. He and she will have their lives to live, despite having been sentenced in a court of law and after a full and proper trial to sixteen consecutive life sentences. And despite (in her case) having expressed pride in what she did, and an utter lack of remorse.
The problem is that they should not have received 16 life sentences. They should have received one death sentence each.

No. ONE life sentence but they have to serve ALL of it. Period. We don't want any mitigation of what's coming to them in the Olam HaEmet. And it is still coming. The Ribono Shel Olam still runs the world and isn't swayed by the polls. All we can do is pray that we live long enough to see the justice operate.

No death sentence. They aren't worthy of a drop of atonement of what's coming to them in the Olam HaEmet. And it will come. Too bad we don't always get to see it but G-d still runs the world and he's immune to the polls. It would be just fine if our judiciary would just sentence these murderers to ONE LIFE SENTENCE; just let them serve ALL of it. No deals. No exscuses. No priviledges.

HaShem says that there shall be but one law in the land and it shall be for the children of Abraham and for the stranger alike.

You shall not murder. The penalty for committing such a crime is to be 'cut off' from the people forever. Let it be so.

I hope the families will take it upon themselves to track down muderers released inside Israel and kill them. That is I would do. If society failed me, I would do G-d's will on earth.
