About 8 minutes in or so, the Arab debater described negotiations as being about how Israel can withdraw from the land.
Not if or how much to withdraw, but HOW to withdraw.
They only want to negotiate the terms of Israel's surrender (how and when Israel would implement it).
P.S. He's also calling Qassam rockets "fireworks" - what a liar.
