Turkish mystery weapon to neutralize Israeli ships

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan claims to have a mystery weapon that will neutralize Israeli ships at sea. That's the only conclusion that can be drawn from this.
While Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan is scheduled to arrive in Egypt for a historic visit, daily newspaper Sabah on Monday reported that the Turkish Navy is preparing to deploy three warships in the Mediterranean Sea, in order to "safeguard the freedom of navigation."

According to a report, Turkish navy echelons decided that if one of its ships crosses paths with an Israeli vessel outside of the latter's territorial waters, it will be instructed to come within 100 meters of the ship and neutralize its weapons system.
It may be nice not to shoot until you can see the whites of their eyes, but somehow I don't think any Turkish warships are going to get anywhere near 100 meters away from any Israeli warships.

Heh.

Maybe their mystery weapon is some sort of Shofar-like device. Seriously, they can't get their drones to work without Israeli-know how, so I'm a bit perplexed at what this weapon might be! Reminds me of the newly released planet of the apes movie. I think their weapon will be decidedly low tech.
