Fatah Central Committee member calls Obama a scumbag
In this video, Fatah Central Committee member Abbas Zaki calls US President Barack Hussein Obama (and Prime Minister Netanyahu and Foreign Minister Lieberman - but those aren't really news) a scumbag. For good measure, he makes it clear with his reference to the 'greater goal' that a 'Palestinian state' is just a phase in the destruction of Israel (God forbid).This was Friday night on al-Jazeera Arabic.

This is old news by now. Shaath, Barghouti, Fatah hacks, named and unnamed: the contempt and conspiratorial Jew hatred is tossed out as casually as a Palestinian mob hurls paving stones through windshields. In the end it comes down to the sad reality that Israel's disinclination to impose day-to-day order on the Palestinian masses--counting on the Palestinian corrupt political order to shun negotiation, hurl feces from the sidelines, but nevertheless refrain from mass-mobilized violence--enables the gradual and arguably existential corrosive weakening of Israel's international position.
Yes, this very vitriol indicates that, now, today, in the short term the strategy is working; otherwise why would the Palis be so vitriolic in their reactions?
Still, Russia is doing their spear carrying. Obama and the EU are desperate to keep the dead "peace process" at least rouged and in a suit (even if in rigor mortis) and propose a Donor's Conference as a reward for kicking Oslo in the pants.
Time to put Oslo out of its misery.
