The last we see of Ron Paul?
Congressman Ron Paul has announced that he won't stand for re-election to Congress in 2012 so that he can concentrate on his Presidential bid. So if he loses the Presidential nomination we've seen the last of him?Good.

Israel needs a major detox from US money hence influence: certainly NOT what Netanyahu, Livni and Barak want.
HE WHO PAYS THE PIPER CALLS THE TUNE.
I seem to remember MANY rabbis who said that Israeli dependance on the US is bad and that we must realize that "en lanu 'al i lismoch ella 'al `Avinu she ba-shamayim"...
I don't know about Ron Paul, though...
Read this. What do you think?

Unless someone puts a stake through his heart he will pop-up every other week.
Unfortunately, Carl, if he loses the GOP nomination (a statistical certainty)--and this is a guy who is sooo pro-Israel in his determination to wean the Jewish state from its welfare dependency on Uncle Sam that his core support includes libertarian 9-11 Truthers convinced that Bush and the Mossad cooked up 9-11--he could run as an independent, siphoning off enough of the right wing kookasphere (Ron thinks that Abraham Lincoln intervened illegally in the internal affairs of a foreign state by invading the Confederacy) to give us 4 more years of you know who.
