IMO, there's enough of a track record now to fairly say that Comrade Pres. Hussein Obama and the loathsome "Reverend" Jim "G-d d*mn America" Wright are very simpatico in their beliefs. However, based just on this info, I don't see a connection between Obama and a return to a greater public profile by Wright.
No doubt, Wright was paid for making his speech, spewing standard variations of his schtick. Being a very prominent, glib hard left racist hate-monger/professional victimist can be a lucrative business. E.g. Al "Today's terrorist is tomorrow's friend" Sharpton; Jesse "Hymietown" Jackson; Louis "these satanic Jews" Farrakhan.
