Will they still call themselves pro-Israel in the morning?

This is surreal....
Sunday, a coalition of anti-Israel Jews and other assorted Palestinian activists, led by Jewish Voice for Peace, LA Jews for Peace, CODE PINK, and Friends of Sabeel (A Presbyterian-affiliated Palestinian Christian organization), protested outside the The Simon Wiesenthal Center's Beit Hashoah – Museum of Tolerance in West Los Angeles. The Museum of Tolerance exists to raise awareness of prejudice and genocide, particularly the Holocaust, and of course, to promote tolerance. They are a popular destination for field trips, and provide race relations training to law enforcement and court-ordered classes to certain types of criminals.
Read the whole thing and watch the slide show.

After hearing Netanyahu, they're going to be even more upset.

It sounds like a trip to the doctor is in order for ITSS = Israel Traumatic Stress Syndrome.

Heh

Fortunately one does not have to turn a blind eye to injustice in order to be a genuine Jew.

I salute JVP and their allies. They carry forward the tradition of peace, justice and equality in the face of rebuke from (so-called) brothers and sisters.

Matthew Knee's original post - quoted here - distorts history and misrepresents the views of the demonstrators.

hey dan....jvp is jewish in name alone, and hold not even one torah value

it is a conglomeration of soneh yisrael

as a native of san francisco, i grew up around these miscreants

so back to capo dickie's site with you...or maybe its lispy phil's site that you hang out at

as for the protest, which started at the israeli consulate...it was pretty weak...handful of people chanting the same old slogans

here is a vid of a portion of the protest at the consulate...the good stuff starts at around the 6 minute mark

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RJNAdCmATik

still a bit unclear as to why those protesting the creation of the state of israel, thought it wise to protest the museum of tolerance...maybe dan the wannabee dhimmi will explain

But to be a genuine Jew you must recognize injustice directly aimed at your fellow Jews. There is no unalloyed Jewish tradition of universal "peace, justice, and equality"--ethical imperatives have as their context the actual world in which we live. Mouthing banalities and empty slogans about "peace, justice, and equality" while condoning anti-Semitism and the murder of Jews in Israel and the intimidation of Jews in the Diaspora is merely recirculating the empty cliches of the Soviet era popular front "peace campaigns". So-called brothers and sisters? The moseriim raise their self-righteously empty voices against the Jewish community. Nobody asked them to be so maliciously blockheaded.

This is a classical example of Jewish anti0semitism. And so is the second comment here.
