UPDATES from the North
Israel Radio reports that UNDOF - which guards the Syrian border - refused to talk to them.UNIFIL (which is supposed to watch the Lebanese border) mostly disclaimed liability for what's been going on at the Lebanese border, but says the Lebanese Armed Forces are in charge.
