Hague expects Obama to 'deliver' Israel
Statesmen aren't supposed to make comments like this. But British Prime Minister William Hague has already shown he's not much of a statesman.Mr. Hague said the American intervention was "important because only the United States can really decisively deliver Israel into a peace agreement and give them the necessary assurances".What could go wrong?
He added: "It means that as [President Obama] comes to the United Kingdom this week, on the Middle East process and the wider subject of the future of North Africa and the Middle East the policies of the UK and US are as closely aligned as they have ever been."

Foreign Secretary, not PM, thank G-d
This reprehensible statement by Hague, a so-called conservative, proves that Barack Hussein's week-long trip to Europe is meant to rally support for a contiguous "Palestinian" state and the (God forbid) dismemberment of Israel.
Just wait and see.
I don't hear AIPAC applauding.
Notice Hague makes no demands on the Palestinians - only on Israel.
Silly me - and here I thought its Abu Bluff who refused to negotiate with Israel since last November and who just chose Hamas as his new government's partner.
For Hague, all of that is ancient history. We know who is to blame for the lack of peace in the Middle East. How reassuring.

"Notice Hague makes no demands on the Palestinians - only on Israel."
And what do you expect that can demanded after you had already stolen everything from them?
You are the souce of all the wars in the Middle East. When the USA stp supporting you against the world you will be wiped out for the good of the region and of the humanity. People do not dislike Jews, but everybody in the world hate you, and not without good reason. Put this in your heads.
Never mind if you don't publish this comment, you will read it, bloody coward.
England has been responsible since the British Mandate's Administration of what was Palestine in 1918, or 1920.it no longer is an Empire, or any power. It should be disqualified from anything to do with Israel, and Tony Blair and Jack Straw have to be called out for All they have done.
The British have no standing in this siyuation, and as a matter of fact, Michael Oren's new piece in Foreign Policy demonstrates why the US really is dependent on Israel and what Israel contributes. He is really delineating what needs to be to said. It,certainly, isn't a complete list, but it is sufficient for Netanyahu to stand up to Obama. He has chips, and this charade has to stop.
