Hmmm....
A fascinating comment on Goldstone from Soccer Dad:Judge Goldstone's op-ed the other day raised an interesting question about why he changed his mind at this late date. Was it really a debate a few weeks ago? In the past he's been impervious to reason.Hmmm....
But I have another question.
I've found 4 op-eds by Judge Goldstone in recent years.
The first three were in the New York Times.

Only this one, reconsidering his earlier position, was published in the Washington Post.
I realize this isn't a huge pattern, but I wonder if he went to the New York Times first with his op-ed. Is there any way to find that out?
If the Times was approached with an op-ed like this and refused to publish it, it would be a serious indictment of the editorial position of the Times.

that is exactly what Yediot Achranot is reporting - http://challahhuakbar.blogspot.com/2011/04/yediot-achranot-nytimes-refused-to.html

One wonders why he changed his mind.
What's changed in the past two years since his report came out?
Nothing. The man is just a mendacious, small-time hypocrite.
