I am an Orthodox Jew - some would even call me 'ultra-Orthodox.' Hillary can announce them but there is no chance the PA will negotiate with Israel.
She might as well try to gift the moon to the Palestinians for all the difference it will make.
There will be no peace in the Middle East in our lifetime.
