Carl, it doesn't look like ole Hosni's going down without a fight. I may be in the distinct minority, but I wish him well and hope his regime survives. Unlike Professor Wolfowitz and company, democracy will not work unless your goal is to have the Muslim Brotherhood.
CNN's' Anderson Cooper and crew were assaulted, for Israeli journalists were arrested by Egyptian military police, three from channel 2 and one from Nazareth, according to JPost via Commentary Contentions blog.
"Two Swedish reporters were held for hours on Wednesday by Egyptian soldiers accusing them of being Mossad spies, the reporters’ employer, daily newspaper Aftonbladet, reported.
The soldiers reportedly attacked the reporters, spitting in their faces and threatening to kill them."
There you go, Mossad spies.
