Breaking: Two Libyan Air Force jets escape to Malta; Did Gadhafi escape too?
Israel Radio has just reported (6:00 pm Monday) that two Libyan air force jets have escaped to Malta. No confirmation is available. The source of the report is al-Jazeera English (whose correspondent - according to many of my Arab Twitter follows - is pro-Gadhafi).Israel Radio also quotes the BBC as saying that Muammar Gadhafit has left the country - a rumor I have reported before. There is no confirmation and Gadhafi's son Seif al-Islam Gadhafi denies the story.
