Muammar Gadhafi fleeing Libya?
There have been rumors all day on Twitter that Libyan dictator Muammar Gadhafi is fleeing Libya after his son's disastrous speech on Sunday night (there are many videos on YouTube of Libyans waving their shoes in response). Gadhafi may look like a clown, but Israel Radio just reported that his air force has attacked protesters in Tripoli on Monday.The most popular rumor has Gadhafi fleeing to Venezuela, but the Venezuelans have denied it.
Much of the rumor mongering is based on this video which purports to show Gadhafi and his entourage fleeing the country. So far, it is unconfirmed.
Let's go to the videotape.
It doesn't really show much, does it? Unless Gadhafi is the only one in Libya who drives cars like that.

Qaddafi and his family have a problem... they have worn out their welcome. His mercurial personality has not endeared him to his people and his anti-American and anti-Israel views while popular, haven't compensated for the fact his domestic policies have not benefited much of the population. He can go quietly or he can go down fighting.
My guess is its going to be the latter and Quaddafi is making his last stand.
