Why Strauss took support of the IDF off its English-language website

Earlier, I reported that Strauss had taken an affirmation of support for the IDF off its website. Well, here's why - this is a videotape from Philadelphia.

Let's go to the videotape.

Sickening, isn't it? Where are the police?

No, I don't think Strauss was right. But we must have a response. Remember the buycott of Israeli wine in Toronto a year and a half ago? That's a response.

Hi Carl.
Can't they take them to court for loss of sales and disruption?

All Strauss has to do was sound the alarm that they were under BDS attack. But it is also up to us to be aware that such a company is being targeted by BDS so we can coordinate a buycott. My FB friends have already called Strauss before Shabbat to give them an earful! I'll bet once Strauss changes course, they'll sell more products than usual. Until then, I'm boycotting too. Strauss is being squeezed on both ends.
