Carl - are you saying that the Hebrew speaking population is already converted? Sadly, despite the slight shift to the right in the last few years, the ignorance on the importance of holding on to Y"VSH is very widespread here. I think the first priority is to reach a very broad national consensus - convincing others is very important but it is secondary.
Another version in English is needed for the US, where they don't know what a kilometer is.
I'm not joking.
I'd like to second Shy Guy's suggestion.
ANd yes, you do preach to the converted as too many people simply want Israel to go away. THey don't care a bit about Jewish lives, and Jewish inventions and art will always be there to benefit those who hate Jews, no matter what. To them, Israel is just a pain in the neck.
