Evidence: Turkish government helped plan Guerilla Flotilla; Turkey denies it

Information recovered from the laptop computers of passengers on the Mavi Marmara shows extensive involvement by the Turkish government (including Prime Minister Erdogan and other senior government officials) in the planning of the 'Guerilla Flotilla,' including preparing for a scenario where IDF soldiers land on the decks by rappelling down from helicopters. The Turkish government denies that it was involved.
Records of the meeting between the heads of the six groups behind the flotilla, in Istanbul, two weeks prior to embarkation and other similar documents were found on laptop computers confiscated by the Israel Defense Forces following the takeover of the flotilla.

The documents suggest long-term and detailed preparations by the organizers, months in advance, including readying for various scenarios, including the landing of commandos on the ships using ropes from helicopters.

The Turkish government denies offering any assistance to the flotilla’s organizers.
Whom do you believe? I believe what was on the laptops.

After what Turkey did to us [the U.S.] on the eve of the Iraq war, it is hard to trust them on anything. In case you don't know, at the last minute Turkey rescinded its permission to enter Iraq through there territory. So we lost the use of about 1/3 of our troops at the start. Makes you wonder what it would have been like had those troops not been held up at the start. Would the looting have been stopped? Perhaps. Would there have been less violence carried out against the civilian population? Again, perhaps. Anyway, Don't Trust Turkey!!!
