I hope they brought along a good book to read. Wow, does this bring back memories of the '70's. Here's a video of an Iranian gasoline queue in Shahroud. This one is in the daytime so you can see just how long the line is.Let's go to the videotape.
Someone tell me that you can only buy three bucks' worth when you get to the front and that you have to come with proof that you bought gas from that station 20 times in the last year (yes, really, that's what it was like in 1973-74). It should only happen to all the Arab countries. Heh.
