And again: Terror in the Hebron hills

There was another terror attack in the hills south of Hebron on Sunday night.
A pregnant woman was wounded in the leg in a shooting attack on the car she was traveling in, south of Hevron. She was taken to Be'er Sheva's Soroka Hospital in moderate condition. Doctors performed an emergency caesarean section and delivered her child, a baby boy. Both the mother and baby were said to be in good condition on Sunday night.

According to initial reports, terrorist gunmen ambushed two Israeli-licensed vehicles that were traveling near Tene-Omarim in southern Mount Hevron. They missed the first car but hit the second, wounding the woman, who was in her ninth month of pregnancy. The wounded woman's husband, who was behind the wheel, kept driving the car until reaching an IDF checkpoint. He reported the incident to the soldiers at the checkpoint and continued driving until he reached Soroka.

The husband was also lightly wounded.
If there were no 'peace process' would there still be terror attacks? I don't know and I don't care. The bottom line is that these terror attacks are being carried out by and on behalf of the same people with whom we are 'negotiating peace' (remember the constantly changing uniforms of the Oslo War as terrorists kept switching between Fatah and Hamas?), and that should put a halt to the 'negotiations.' It's not a question of giving the terrorists control; it's the fact that the 'Palestinians' have never taken a single step to dismantle the terror organizations as they were supposed to do under the 'road map.'

Yup, this is how the Arabs have "negotiated" with the Jews for over a century.

It always ends with the Jews turning the other cheek like good Christians!

And sad to say, its a pattern that's not going to be broken in the foreseeable future.

What could go wrong indeed

At a minimum I think Israel has to take back control of these roads. It was obviously a very bad idea to give the security to the PA. The roadblocks should be re-instituted.
