Netanyahu goes naive?

Someone please tell me he doesn't really believe this:
"We have to distinguish between the U.N.'s Human Rights Council and the secretary-general," a senior official in Mr. Netanyahu's office said. "The Human Rights Council is biased, it is partisan anti-Israel and offers us kangaroo courts. We hold the secretary-general in the highest esteem and discussions with him gave us confidence that this panel will be both balanced and objective."
When has Monkey Moon ever been anything other than "biased, partisan and anti-Israel"? When has the UN (and certainly its General Assembly) been anything other than a "kangaroo court" when it comes to Israel? (Answer - November 1947, barely and not since).

The country is in good hands. What could go wrong?

Stupid Jews!

The distinction is as farcical as the one Israel routinely makes between the "good" terrorists of Fatah and the "bad" terrorists of Hamas despite the fact they share the same objective of destroying Israel.

And now Netanyahu tells us there is a difference between the "good" UN of Ban Ki Moon and the "bad" UN of the UNHRC despite the fact both are viscerally anti-Israel and biased against the Jewish State. Keeping telling yourself that Mr. Prime Minister and don't be surprised when Moon's panel hangs your country with the rope you're going to supply them with.

What could wrong indeed

Why this is diplomat-speak. Of course, you have to say something good about Ban Ki Moon, however you already show the stick to intend to beat him with... Nothing naive about it.

beer7,

I hope you're right, otherwise we'll be saying "BBBSOT" just like in his first term.
