Court rejects attempt to stop destruction of fake graves

I've discussed the fake graves being installed by Muslims in Jerusalem's Mamilla cemetery several times, most recently here. On Monday, an Israeli court rejected an attempt by the Muslim Waqf to stop the fake graves' destruction.
The Jerusalem Magistrates Court prevented an attempt by the Waqf Muslim authority on Monday to expand the Muslim graveyard next to Independence Park (Gan Ha'atzmaut), not far from the Old City of Jerusalem. The Waqf applied for a restraining order to stop the Jerusalem municipality from removing fabricated graves from the site, but the application was denied. The fabricated nature of the graves was uncovered by Arutz Sheva.

The city recognized the legitimate ancient Muslim graves on the site but said it would reinforce the site and not let outside entities to operate there.
Anyone want to bet how long it will take before this comes up at the UN 'Human Rights Council?'

Its really nice to see Smart Jews put a stop to underhanded Muslim shenanigans. I've been more than critical of the things Israel has been doing wrong or of the things Israel should be doing but hasn't. When Jews do something right, they should get the credit for it. Israel needs more Smart Jews in the future in order to survive in an increasingly hostile world.
