Another lie exposed: Henchowitz injured by ricochet and not by direct hit
I'm sure you've all heard of Emily Henchowitz, the American Jewish student who started hanging out with the radical ISM movement here. On the day of the flotilla raid, Ms. Henchowitz lost an eye at a violent demonstration at the Qalandia crossing point. The demonstration was sponsored by the ISM and other radical groups (you will recall that the ISM is the same group that brought us Rachel Corrie, among others).Henchowitz and her supporters claim that she lost her eye because of a direct hit from a tear gas canister shot by an IDF soldier. But as the video below clearly shows, the canister ricocheted off a stone barrier (IDF troops are taught never to shoot tear gas canisters directly at 'demonstrators').

Henchowitz plans to sue the Israeli government. Fortunately, the courts here are usually generous in awarding court costs.

Why doesn't the state sue the terrorist promoters for both violating the law, their visa terms, and the major costs incurred dealing with them, both military and legal.
Hit them where it hurts - in the pocket.
