With 'friends' like this, who needs enemies?
Here's a disgusting cartoon that appeared in the Forward this week (Hat Tip: Soccer Dad).
The premise of the cartoon is that Stuart the Jewish Turtle goes to South Africa to try to prevent Richard Goldstone from attending his grandson's Bar Mitzva. He gets to South Africa and finds out that the Bar Mitzva is over and that Goldstone has been allowed to attend because they won't mix politics with the Bar Mitzva. The cartoon displays a Jewish anti-Semite's hatred of Israel and 'sense of humor.'And of course the comments are overwhelmingly favorable.

Israel hasn't done a very good job of keeping Goldstone off the international agenda. And there's the UN waiting in the wings with Goldstone II to follow shortly.
What could go wrong indeed
