It's a shame he died peacefully of natural causes: Abu Daud eulogized by Abu Mazen

Abu Daud, the mastermind of the Munich Olympic Massacre died of kidney failure in Damascus late Friday night. Unfortunately, he lived to be 73 - far longer than he deserved to live.
Mohammed Oudeh, also known as Abu Daoud, did not participate in the attack on September 5, 1972. He was a leader of "Black September," an offshoot of the late Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat's Fatah group that was established to avenge the 1970 expulsion of Palestinian guerrillas from Jordan.

Hana Oudeh said her father would be buried later Saturday in Damascus's Yarmouk Palestinian refugee camp.

In 2006 Abu Daoud said he “regrets nothing” and would not apologize for being one of the masterminds of the Munich attack. He told Germany's Spiegel TV it was up to Palestinians to “fight as long as it takes Israel to recognize our rights…You can only dream that I would apologize.”

Daoud reiterated what he said in his 1999 autobiography that the intent was never to kill the Israeli athletes. He was also quoted as saying the members of the Black September group killed by Israeli agents through the 1970s were the wrong people. “The people who were shot all had nothing to do with Munich,” he said.
Abu Daud was eulogized by the financier of the Munich attack, Israel's 'peace partner,' 'moderate' 'Palestinian' President Mahmoud Abbas Abu Mazen.
Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas has euologized Abu Dauod, the mastermind of the massacre of 11 Israeli athletes at the Munch Olympics in 1972 and who died Saturday. “He is missed. He was one of the leading figures of Fatah and spent his life in resistance and sincere work as well as physical sacrifice for his people's just causes,” said Abbas.

...

Abbas’ eulogy and praise for the planner of the murders came less than a month after he told American Jewish leaders in Washington that he will work to stop incitement of violence against Jews. Abbas provided the funds for the Munich massacre, according to Dauod.

The Black September gang said it received its orders from Fatah, which denied involvement in the massacre.

The Munch murder gang consisted of masked terrorists who stormed the apartments where Israeli athletes were staying in the Olympic Village. The terrorists took the athletes as hostages and demanded the release of 200 Arabs from Israeli prisons.

By the time the attack was over, the Israeli athletes were killed, along with one German officer and five of the terrorists. Daoud and one other member of the gang survived.

The Games continued after several hours.
By the way, if any of you see the eulogy story in the mainstream media, please put a link in the comments. It's not considered polite here to tell the truth about our 'peace partner' and so far I've only seen it covered by Arutz Sheva (quoted above), which is definitely not a mainstream media outlet.

UPDATE 8:04 PM

CNN has Abu Mazen sending a condolence letter. Any Israeli MSM?

Again, the Israeli government should make it a line in the sand that the PA should apologize publicly and profoundly for these disgusting statements. This should be a huge deal; it should mean that no "indirect" talks will take place until the apology is received.

If you act like a punching bag, you become a punching bag. If you act as if you don't have any self-respect, you don't have any self-respect and you shouldn't expect others to respect you.

Why can't the Israeli government see this?

Its just as well. The Stupid Jews have never had the stomach to execute mass murderers or any kind of murderer in their own country.

I don't like to see a mass murderer die peacefully in his own bed. It offends my sense of justice. But in this imperfect world we have to live down the fact that Israel isn't keeping G-d's commandment to execute justice as it should be.
