Anti-Semitism is the beginning but not the end

John Podhoretz has this comment about anti-Semitic actor Mel Gibson.
In all of this Mel Gibson hoo-ha, we are reminded, yet again, that those who start with anti-Jewish slurs rarely stop there. Anti-Semitism is a manifestation of a pathological personality or ideology. When Gibson was making loony comments about Jews and Jewish dominance a few years ago, no one applauded him, but he was given something of a free pass. It was booze. He was misunderstood. And anyway, he had a great box office record. Now it turns out that he is misogynistic, racist, violent. Not a shocker to anyone who knows that an anti-Semitic worldview rarely ends with merely impolite comments.
Food for thought for those of you who think that it's only about the Jews.

Yup. It may begin with the Jews but it seldom stops there. A lesson the world has yet to learn about anti-Semitism.

However, if you were to hear fox news they have made one excuse after another for him.

Speaking of Fox News.
from Glenn Beck
“This is kind of complex, because Jesus did identify with the victims. But Jesus was not a victim. He was a conqueror…Jesus conquered death. He wasn’t victimized. He chose to give his life….If he was a victim, and this theology was true, then Jesus would’ve come back from the dead and made the Jews pay for what they did. That’s an abomination.”

The apologists for the come from our friends, not from the Godless, leftest ultra liberals. If you could hear the excuses our conservative friends are making for that remark...and worse, not one word against it in the conservative blogephere, news and print media!! Nothing but excuses just like with Mel Gibson portraying a libel which has made life a living hell for Jews, forever!

We have to understand Antisemitism is the longest enduring hatred in all of history. Every side of the spectrum has had their part in it. No one is exempt!

Yet, who of you has the inner makings to challenge one of our own in such an obvious antisemitic rant as that by our friend Glenn Beck?? Who can throw their blinders off and not make an excuse for what he wrote?

If you think we are not alone you are mistaken. If you think we really have friends you will most surely be duped. (again)
