Abu Bluff claims American Jews won over

'Moderate' 'Palestinian' President Mahmoud Abbas Abu Mazen told his Fatah organization's central committee that American Jews are now on his side.
American Jewish lobbyists have been convinced to take a pro-Palestinian Authority position, and to ask US President Barack Obama to turn up the pressure on Israel, according to PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas. Abbas made the claims while speaking at a meeting of the Fatah organization's central committee.

The lobbyists “told me that I had created a revolution among American Jews, and that they had decided to go to President Obama and tell him: there is a Palestinian partner for peace – but is there an Israeli partner?” Abbas said.

"They promised they would go to Netanyahu and tell him to disassemble his coalition or announce that he agrees to a two-state solution,” he added.

The US Jewish leaders Abbas referred to were members of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organization, the Anti-Defamation League, and the left-wing Americans for Peace Now and J Street organizations.
I would guess that the latter two organizations were on his side to start with, and the first three are not and won't be.

I don't think Abu Bluff has won over American Jews. His side is the one inventing new excuses daily to avoid talking to Israel and wants the outcome of negotiations with Israel guaranteed in its favor before they even begin!

Public relations is more than just saying things in English American Jews want to hear and the Palestinians still have not grasped the importance of showing they have a sincere commitment to peace - a demand often made on Israel!

That is such a lie and you know it. Why promote it?
Why do you promote such things which are untrue?

Just so you can rip a liberal Jew you now quote a denier of the Holocaust.

Great.

No matter,

Are you seriously arguing that J Street and American Friends of Piece by Piece Now are not on the 'Palestinians' side?

Carl you paint everything with too broad a brush.

There was one reform congregation in the center of Michigan who took a closed survey concerning J Street. Not one member was pro J Street.

Another congregation in Chicago (reform) will not allow brochures from J Street in their library.

J Street is a fringe element. So is Peace Now.

Neither represent the whole of the Jewish people.

What you try to paint is untrue picture.

That is like saying all priests are pedophiles or all Chabads are on the dole draining the coffers of society. (not saying this is true but it sure is a perception none the less!!)

Fruthermore Carl, we who love Jerusalem should not align ourselves with the conservative side either seeing their mouths were clamped shut during the 8 years Bush went bad on every promise he made to Israel...proving he was no friend of Israel.

Pro-Israel, anti-Israel, hmm. Quite subjective I would say.

...just saying when the shoe is on the other foot everything looks quite different.

If there were not so many sanctimonious sob's right now the question of Jerusalem would be resolved.

Carl btw, telling Israel they cause daily humiliation and occupation of the Palestinian people is ANTI-ISRAEL.

NOT SIGNING THE EMBASSY ACT BUT renewing the lease on the office of the PLO is anti-Israel.

Ignoring a poster sanctioned by a Holocaust denier MADE INTO A Man of Peace by the President of the U.S showing all of Israel Palestine is ANTI-ISRAEL.

As commander and chief allowing the Palestinian security forces who you funded march to the NAZI GOOSESTEP IS anti-Israel.

shall I continue? Hopefully now you get my point.

But the lowest of low is not sending a representative of our best friends government to the ANNIVERSARY OF THE REUNIFICATION OF JERUSALEM...is as anti-Israel as you can get.

Nomatter,

I got your point a long time ago.

Despite the fact that you have dropped hundreds of comments on this blog, I think I can count on the fingers of one hand how many comments did not attack George Bush (and/or me) despite the fact that he is now out of office for 18 months.

I've reached the point where I scroll most of your comments without reading them.

I'm considering a different treatment.

Thank you Carl for your last comment.

Scrolling by those comments prove you are not ready to understand how and why we came to this point today.

Sorry to say you uphold the republican party after what they have done to Israel during the Bush years proves you are as blind as the left.

I will no longer post on this blog.

Good luck.
