Can Jewish Pennsylvanians vote for a Republican not named Specter?

Are Jewish Pennsylvanians capable of voting for a Republican candidate whose name is not Arlen Specter? I sure hope they are, because they ought to be pulling the lever for Pat Toomey, the Republican candidate for Senate in Pennsylvania. Toomey is running against Joe Sestak, the Democratic congressman who defeated the turncoat Specter in the primary. Sestak is a member of the Hamas 54, is supported by J Street, and has a record of supporting Israel when the bright lights of an election are shining upon him (like this week) and abandoning it when he is not subjected to such close scrutiny.

Jennifer Rubin has much more about Sestak here.
