Abu Bluff threatens: 'Talks should be short'

On a trip to China to schnorr for his 'Palestinian people,' moderate' 'Palestinian' President Mahmoud Abbas Abu Mazen told 'Palestinian' daily al-Ayam that he expected 'talks' with Israel to be short.
Palestinian Authority (PA) Chairman Mahmoud Abbas welcomed renewed talks with Israel on Sunday and said the PA only agreed to talks that would last a limited time. Interviewed by Al Ayam while on a trip to China, Abu Mazen said the length of the talks would determine how serious Israel is.

He said he did not ask to be invited to the United States this month but was accepting the invitation in the interest of advancing the peace process.
In other words, if Israel gives everything away quickly, they will talk for a while to make it look like there are hard negotiations, but if Israel sticks to its positions, the talks will be over quickly.

And as to his White House trip, I would bet that Abu Bluff will enter through the front door and have plenty of photographers present.

What could go wrong?

What Abu Bluff means is if Israel does not give the PA every thing it wants quickly, it will leave the talks after two months. It can remain intransigent and refuse to compromise knowing it has the Obami backing it. And when the talks fail, guess who will get blamed?

What could go wrong indeed

Whose knees did they learn that on?
