High-ranking Lebanese officer charged with assisting Israel in Second Lebanon War

A Lebanese Lieutenant Colonel has been arrested and charged with aiding Israel during the Second Lebanon War in 2006.
The Lebanese defense establishment recently arrested a Lebanese military officer with a rank equivalent to lieutenant colonel on suspicions that he passed information to Israel – including photographs and coordinates – which helped it attack targets during the Second Lebanon War.

A number of Arab media outlets reported that the officer, Rezvan Shaheen, was brought before a judge on Monday and charged with "collaborating with Israeli intelligence and passing on confidential information – offenses that can be punishable by death." This is the fifth senior official that has been arrested since April 2009.
Imagine how many they'll arrest when they lose the next war. Heh.
