Overnight music video

Thursday night and Friday are Hoshana Rabba:
Hoshana Rabbah is known as the day of the final sealing of judgment, which began on Rosh Hashannah. During the festival of Sukkot the world is judged for water and for the blessings of the fruit and crops. The seventh day of the festival is the final sealing and since human life depends on water, Hoshanna Rabbah is somewhat similar to Yom Kippur. Hence there are additional prayers and quests for repentance as on Yom Kippur
. The words that accompany the video that follows have nothing to do with the song - Shomer Yisrael (Guardian of Israel) by Yaakov Shweky. The words come from a poem that has been making the rounds on the Internet for many years that calls for Jews to unify so that the Messiah can come. The song is beautiful and the poem is beautiful and thought-provoking on this night of Torah study and repentance.

Let's go to the videotape.
