Live webcast of Goldstone - Gold debate
Last week, I reported that former Israeli ambassador to the United Nations Dore Gold will be debating Justice Richard Goldstone regarding Operation Cast Lead at Brandeis University on November 5 at 5:00 pm Eastern time (I did not have all those details at the time). That would be 11:00 pm Israel time (they don't go on standard time in the US until Sunday, November 8).The debate will be webcast live by the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs.

Debbie informs me that daylight savings time ends in the US on the first Sunday in November, which is November 1. That means that the live webcast of the debate will be at Midnight Israel time on the night between November 5 and 6.
