Video: Al-Jazeera interview with Richard Goldstone
Al-Jazeera interviewed Judge Richard Goldstone about his report on Operation Cast Lead.Let's go to the videotape. I'll have more afterward.

Israel Radio reported on Thursday morning that the Foreign Ministry distributed some 6,000 copies of the government's report to decision makers around the world, and that the government is hoping that the United States will use its current position as chair of the Security Council and its veto to make sure that Israel is not referred to the International Court of Justice. I hope that's not wishful thinking and that any such move by the United States doesn't come with a price tag.

no mention of anything related to the past week relating to Marc Garlasco & The group, Human Rights Watch or Joe Stork's history as a Marxist supporter of the Munich Massacre
Goldstone says "I'm not a politician I'm a lawyer? no comment on Iran?"
...he says unsophisticated... when talking of the Hamas rockets. not exactly a condemnation.
proportionality is attacks on civilians? what the hell is he talking about? three years of rocket attacks... vs one hypothetical accusation of an attack of a mosque??
what? what? what?
The Goldstone Report is less about the legal aspects of Operation Cast Lead than it is a political attack on Israel's right to defend itself. If this what Israel can expect in the wake of going after Hamas, it leaves little to the imagination as to what would happen when Israel has to take military measures against Iran.
What could go wrong indeed.
