'We tried that in the United States. We had neighborhoods that were all white, black people couldn't go there. It didn't work out real well for us.'

Mike Huckabee is visiting in Jerusalem. Here's some of what he had to say on Monday.

Let's go to the videotape.

The key here is that Huckabee nails the 'peace process.' How effective has it been so far? Not very.

The 'peace process' is a charade and Israel should stop playing along with it. So long as the 'Palestinians' continue to make demands and give nothing in return, we should not make any concessions to them.

I expect to see a parade of Republicans coming here between now and 2012. It's no secret that there is no love lost between Israel and Obama.

huckabee is a funny guy,

when he gets back to the states, i think ill email him about housing rights here in america

you see, republcans are against forcing desegregation...even in housing

and i hate to tell him this...but there is still defacto segregated housing throughout america

saying that...jerusalem cannot be a divided city

the arabs have no historic connections to jerusalem as being capital of anything

and when they held the city, they basically turned it into one huge garbage dump
