Mordechai Kedar rips Aftonbladet's Bostrom

The army just returned sewed up bodies after autopsy and that raises questions," says Swedish journalist Donald Bostrom. His opponent Dr. Mordachai Kedar, who spent 25 years serving in Israeli military intelligence and is now a lecturer at Bar-Ilan University, says that Donald Bostrom has fallen into a deep trap set for him by Palestinians, because he never checked whether the story is true.
Some of you may recall Kedar from this debate on Al-Jazzeera a year and a half ago. Bostrom is the Swedish 'journalist' who first reported the organ harvesting allegations.

With all respect to Dr. Kedar, Israel needs some more articulate and less emotional spokespeople.
The appropriate reply to Bostrom's nonsense is:
1) Point out how patently absurd and irresponsible it is for him to assert, "it's not up to me to have any hard evidence". The fact is that without any evidence, the story should never have been published and there is no corresponding onus on Israel to "investigate" outrageous and scurrilous accusations.
3) Point out that even Palestinian doctors have confirmed that organs cannot be harvested from dead bodies.
End of argument. Bostrom publicly humiliated. End of blood libel (at least this one).
I've seen Kedar's masterful performance in Arabic on al' Jazeera, a few more on Israeli sites in Hebrew. But he doesn't come off as well in this piece where his lesser facility with English is further compromised by his understandable anger over this latest blood libel.
Bostom plays it cooler, claiming he's only reporting what he was told and he's just "raising the questions". I'm surprised though that his claim that the IDF violates international law and commits war crimes "on a daily basis" wasn't challenged because it's a libel in itself.
When Bostom suggested Israel investigate the allegations, perhaps he could have been asked to demonstrate that he's *not* involved in the harvesting of Norwegian fishermen's feet for Swedish salmon, an admittedly made up charge that appeared in Ynet.
dr kedar was emotional...but way too kind to that "journalist"
he is not naive...he is simply a jew hating bastard looking for a story to create a blood libel
how can one be "impartial", then state that israel breaks international law on a daily basis
