Haaretz's ode to Obama
Forget that I substantively disagree with Haaretz on all the issues. Just as a matter of media bias, how can Haaretz call itself an objective newspaper that reports facts and then sponsor this sort of thing (Hat Tip: CosmicX)?Just to give you an idea of how biased this site is, the seven questions in the FAQ all relate to 'natural growth.'
Given that 96% of Jewish Israelis do not believe that Obama is pro-Israel, you have to wonder, who reads that paper anyway?

Haaretz is desperately trying to resuscitate the dead corpse of the peace process. Good luck with that endeavor.
What could go wrong indeed
Haaretz is currently registering a serious decline in readership. Labor and Meretz lost seats in the most recent election. They're so convinced of their own righteousness they write, almost in anguish, asking why others don't realize it.
One means the left has adopted to remain "relevant" is by promoting their kinship with the Obama administration. They take every opportunity to invite Obama to "speak directly" to the Israeli people, bypassing the Israeli leadership, as if that will win them over.
Easy stomach. Haaretz should just fulfill its fantasies, move, and publish out of Ramallah.
