I am an Orthodox Jew - some would even call me 'ultra-Orthodox.' Born in Boston, I was a corporate and securities attorney in New York City for seven years before making aliya to Israel in 1991 (I don't look it but I really am that old :-). I have been happily married to the same woman for thirty-five years, and we have eight children (bli ayin hara) ranging in age from 13 to 33 years and nine grandchildren. Carl - if you think Liz Cheney was critical, in Israel, Jewish reaction was nearly uniformly dismissive. The speech wasn't meant to convince Israelis - and it didn't.
why is it israel as well as us americans must always show respect to the muslim world but we get no respect in return.we can say sorry a millon times we can give up more land,and what do we get in return.nothing but more bombs and hatred...when are we gonna ask respect from the muslim world before w give an inch more in anything,i'm for one tired of being told on repecting the muslim faith hen they don't respect mind...we have freed many muslims around the world from slaughter only to be told we are still the infidels,israel givesup more land only to be bagre with more missles.am i missing something here.or are we all to sumit to islam before getting the respect we all deserve..............i say no no no no..no more they should respect us first...................
