Post-Zionist rot: Tel Aviv bar bans IDF soldiers, 'settlement' products

A bar has opened in Tel Aviv that bans IDF soldiers in uniform and products manufactured in the 'settlements.' The Rogatka (slingshot - a weapon of choice for 'Palestinian' demonstrators) is run by a group of anarchists and is located on Yitzchak Sadeh Street in central Tel Aviv.
The new ideologically-devoted bar will not seek to make a profit, and the founders say they hope it will bring together left-wing activists, environmentalists, and other fellow travelers, under the banner of cheap drinks and fair trade products.

The bar's ban on soldiers in uniform and the carrying of weapons, along with its boycott on products made in the settlements, derive from what employees see as the connection between all forms of oppression, from the slaughter of animals to sexism to occupation.

"We can't hold views against discrimination and oppression, while at the same time support the infrastructure that exploits human beings and other animals," said Adi Vinter, one of the bar's founders.
Sounds like a great hangout for the ISM and for other terror supporters. I hope that Shabak (General Security Service) has someone stationed there regularly.

Morons.

Isn't it illegal to ban soldiers in uniform? What does the law say?

They won't be around for long. Anarchic socialism has never built a society anywhere in the world.

Legally I think is pretty complicated, actually.

If someone were to sue, I think they'd have a better case regarding the ban on products from J&S.

Soldiers are already not allowed to enter bars in uniform, or armed (with a few exceptions, I'm sure) - so suing on the basis of that probably won't go very far.

I'm curious as to who their guard is - if they have one- is he not armed? Did not serve?

By the way, I have had the extreme displeasure of meeting the "writer" of the Haaretz piece. At least he served a good number of months (6? 12?) in jail for refusal. Deportation would be good too.

Well, they'll certainly get that part right.
