'Popular Resistance Committees' claim new rocket

The 'Popular Resistance Committees,' a group best known for its claim to have kidnapped IDF Corporal Gilad Shalit, claims to have a new type of rocket, and has issued a video in which they claim they are shooting the rocket at Israel.

The Salah al-Din Brigades, the military wing of the Popular Resistance Committees, released a video on Tuesday in which members of the terror group are seen firing a 'Sijil' type rocket towards the Eshkol Regional Council in southern Israel.

The organization claims that this is the first time a rocket of this type is fired from the Gaza Strip.

Hamas has launched several rockets into the Eshkol region over the past several days, and the exact date of the footage has not been confirmed. On Tuesday morning a Grad missile landed in the city of Ashkelon, damaging property but causing no injuries.

The IDF responded with a series of airstrikes against smuggling tunnels in Rafah.
Let's go to the videotape.

They can manufacture rockets and there's no indication bread and butter is Hamas main concern in Gaza. Just the opposite.
