Talk about the pot calling the kettle black: Arafat called Jews 'most corrupt people'
In this video from Lebanon's ANB television, al-Quds al-Arabi editor Bari Atwan relates how he was told by the rais himself, Yasser Arafat that Jews are the most corrupt people in the world. This from a man who stashed billions of dollars in Swiss bank accounts, gave his wife $100,000 per month in spending money at public expense, and eventually died of AIDS that he concealed from his 'people.' Yasser Arafat is probably the main reason why there is no 'Palestinian'Let's go to the videotape.

The Palestinians can't level with themselves about their own past. How are they going to prepare for statehood if they don't learn from their mistakes? That sort of re-examination will happen only when hell freezes over first.
I'd like to know the names of those officers wouldn't you?
Abdul Bari Atwan is a pro-Ba'athist media hack. (He always defended Saddam.) He's still a hack. Of course this endears him to be a ME commentator on the al-Beeb and Sky.
Arafat calling hte Jews "corrupt". Heh. No wonder the Palithugs voted for Hamas.
