Who'da thunk it: Geraldo Rivera rips Pali ambassador

I never thought I would see Geraldo Rivera come to Israel's defense, but here it is on Fox. He tears apart 'Palestinian' UN ambassador Riyad Mansour because Mansour cannot even bring himself to call Hamas terrorists. And you wonder why we cannot make peace with Fatah?

Let's go to the videotape.

But first, if you have not voted for Israel Matzav as the Best Midsize blog in the last 24 hours, please click here first and do your duty by voting for me.

And now, let's go to the videotape.

Fatah: The more things change the more they stay the same. Uncle Yasser would have been proud of Mansour (yes, Yasser Arafat really was his uncle).

Actually in 1982 after the Phalangists carried out the massacres at Sabra and Shatila, Rivera pointed out how Israel reacted and actually, I thought, came across as pretty pro-Israel at a time when most of the MSM was extremely cynical and negative.

Hi carl hope my name sounds familiar to you...well people need worldwide to understand one things clearly that Islam is a cult which is there to finish all of us irrespective of our exhibit of secularism. I spoke to many jews who are born outside Israel to my agony they are as same as Hindus born outside really not worried about anything which is eminent danger lurking to kill. If a person can denounce Islam and say he is secular....you just cant believe him at all....religion teaching to kill, loot and rape. How many years will it take for Europeans and Americans to realise it god knows... but I think they are on the verge of Islamisation....cant believe they are mum over many demonstrations consisting of Muslims who are their citizens .... DOES IT NOT RING BELLS ABOUT THEIR LOYALTY...thank god Israel is pounding them....ALL ISRAELIS SHOULD KNOW ONE FACT CLEAR THAT ALL THE COMMON PEOPLE ARE SUPPORTING YOU FORGET THEIR GOVERNMENTS THEY ARE THE ROOT CAUSE OF PROBLEMS...KEEP POUNDING TILL THE TIME THAT PALESTINE AND HAMAS IS TOTALLY ROOTED OUT BELIEVE ME ON ONE THING SURE...IF EVEN ONE WEED IS LEFT OUT IT WILL BECOME A FOREST AGAIN AND TAKING NOTE OF THEIR GROWTH RATE IT TAKES ONLY ONE GENERATION TO BECOME A MILLION.

If any one thinks Fatah is more "moderate" than Hamas, this interview should dispel the fantasy. It speaks volumes about where the Palestinians really are that Riyad Mansour cannot bring himself to denounce a group that has tortured and killed members of his own faction. Hatred of Israel is the one viewpoint that unifies all Palestinians and that is why peace is no more possible with Fatah than it is possible with Hamas.

Dr. Kumar,

Yes, of course I recognize your name.

NormanF,

To me that was actually the most important point about the interview, but I headlined it with Geraldo because I thought that would draw more Americans to see it.

This white male Christian American appreciates your work. Geraldo is a frequently disappointing FOX news reporter in my view. I see more and more that Islam is a threat wherever it goes. An article I read indicating Islamic actions based on % of indigenous population demonstrates the threat they pose to any hosting nation of immigrants. I hope IDF is allowed by Israeli government to continue until the objectives are completed and then some. The propaganda machine must be disrupted to have any lasting work accomplished within the Palestinian population. Stop the indoctrination of hatred and encourage access to world wide venues of information. Truth can set them free. Nothing less will have a lasting affect on that indoctrination of hatred.

"I don't want to be impolite" -- Hurllralpho

And that's where you fall short, Geraldo. Deceitful anti-social sociopaths don't deserve respect.

Why doesn't such a "well informed" individual know that what Israel is doing is perfectly within International Law, and that Paleostinian beasts who hide behind them are resoponsible for the civilians who are killed? And, if he "knows" it, why doesn't he say it?

Although, I suppose for him that was quite an accomplishment, compared to the nonsense I've seen him come up with in the past.

@NormanF

I've said on other posts, some here, that what Israel is doing now is fighting Hamas on behalf of Fatah, and so even though they are doing some of the right stuff, the end will not be good if they succeed in their overall goal of assisting their "peace partner" Abbas the beast in regaining control, G-d .forbid/
