King of the World?

And you thought only Americans could vote in American elections:
"Today is a great day not only for the United States of America, but for the entire world," President Shimon Peres wrote in a letter addressed to Barack Obama on the day of his inauguration as president of the United States.

"Obama was elected by the United States, but as a matter of fact, he was chosen by the whole of humankind," Peres continued, "His election is the correction of one of the greatest wrongs in the annals of history… - slavery."

"I pray here in Jerusalem that Barack Obama will be a great President of the United States. If he will be a great President of the United States, he will serve all humankind, all nations and all persons.

"Because to be a great American President today means to struggle for peace, to fight terror, to protect the environment, and to offer the young generation a better future," Peres added.

According to the Israeli president, Obama will surely be a good partner for Israel because he shared the country's hopes and goals.
All humankind. Especially the Islamists.

Moron.

What was that other day you said about Shimon Peres?

The Jew is commanded by the Torah to owe only allegiance to G-d. Shimon Peres' remarks exemplify the sickness and pathological immorality that has spread like a fever through Israel's ruling class.

If they had believed in G-d, they would have spared nothing to bring Gilad Shalit home and to sanctify His Name. Instead, they desecrated it among the nations.

For such chillul Hashem the leaders in Jerusalem will not be forgiven either in this world or in the next. May they all be swept away, those who signed the covenant with death!

And here I thought that the American Civil War, from 1861-1865, in which 600,000 lives were lost, was the correction of slavery.
Little did I know that it was Obama's ascension to the throne, that was the correction, all along!
Huh. Go figure!

Shimon Peres yesterday suggested to Moshe Rabbenu (Our Teacher, Moses) that he go back to Egypt and stand for election against Pharoah, as that would make 400 years of slavery a thing of the past.

Signed this day: 22 of Nisan, 2501, (19th Apr, 1260 BCE)
Joshua, son of Nun
